Oi…Oi…

2020

Camigliano farm, Lucca.

Refermented white wine.

The first wine we chose is really importance for us. An early April wine,  light and sparkling  made with Chardonnay grapes in the Guamo area vineyard, a young wine that goes well with both spring dishes such as Risotto with asparagus and Garmugia soup or with the first snacks in the open air, those with cheeses, cured meats, omelettes. That’s why we offer it at a truly exceptional price!

Noè

2015

Pecorino arquetano 100%)

Only 1500 bottles of a great white, a wine that touches the heart. Stefano Amerighi, biodynamic cultivation. Respect and sustainability, quality, love and very strong emotions. Noah, on his long journey, brings his mountain wine to the ark; arduous, sharp, sour like his herbs, deep like his wounds.

Alfalfa hay pierces the senses, salty tears streak the glass, pungent pungent citrine, lungs and palate. The land of Arquata regroups, tightens around its abandoned paradise and is reborn. A toast to Noah who has conquered a new / ancient land with the nectar he left us in custody. Let’s preserve it.

Chardakhi

2018/2019

by Iago Bitarishvili, the first certified organic company in Georgia, 5000 bottles. In the Mukharani Valley, one of the historic and best wine areas in the area. The vinification takes place strictly according to the traditional Georgian method: fermentation and aging take place in contact with the skins and stalks (chacha), and last for several weeks depending on the vintage, in clay amphora, locally called Chinuri.

Iago has amphorae that are over 300 years old.

Le Trame

2016

Le Boncie, Castelnuovo Berardenga – by Giovanna Morganti Sangiovese, Colorino, Foglia tonda, Mammolo, Canaiolo. In the middle of the Sienese Chianti Classico Giovanna and Giorgio make wine in the new cellar,

but with ancient methods, their most representative wine, Le Trame, which comes from a sapling vineyard planted in 1995 and has always been treated with organic methods. For some years they have also been producing the 5, a second wine that is deliberately less demanding, but as always, a worthy representative of its territory. An old Chianti Classico for lovers in love (of Chianti).

Rosso di Marco

2016

Marco De Bartoli, Marsala The great winemaker of the sun and time, the power of the Sicilian sun, the drinkability of De Bartoli from 100% Pignatello grapes).

Long maceration in steel for 12 months in oak barrels, refinement in steel.

To maintain integrity we have operated as follows: no chemical fertilization of the soil; no weeding treatment; drastically reduced phytosanitary treatments, using minimum doses of copper and sulfur, moderate yield per plant does not undergo any refrigeration and filtration. No added sulphites.

Emidio Pepe

2017

Montepulciano d’Abruzzo, by Emidio Pepe, Torano Nuovo (Teramo). Organic farming, obstinacy

and consistency, great personality and unmistakable rusticity.

“In vino vita” reads the company logo “doing it is an art, drinking it is the joy of living.” Grapes pressed with the feet, destemmed by hand, fermented spontaneously in small concrete containers without temperature control. Fantastic red, a slow and serene wine.
